Timothy Morris is an up and coming, energetic, rock n roll singer-songwriter. He’s a Nashville recording artist with something to say! This guitarist and multi-instrumentalist hails originally from Prophetstown, Illinois. Starting on drums by age 2, he was sitting in with his dad, Steve’s classic rock cover band, The Funnies, by age 4. Ironically, Steve now plays drums in The Timothy Morris Band (TMB)! They are currently wowing crowds across the US with their bombastic live show!

Around age 12, Timothy fell in love with the guitar, learned how to record, and began churning out catchy rock n roll power pop tunes in the vein of classic rock legends The Beatles, U2, The Police, Led Zeppelin, and Rush, infusing modern rock influences Muse and The Killers.

As a duo, Steve and Tim performed on the Midwest circuit, then relocating to Maui, Hawaii in 2018. Adopting the moniker, The Timothy Morris Band, they have recorded and released three studio albums, Good Quarantevening (2020), For the Sake of Nothing (2022), and the newly released Lifeline (2024), making a name for themselves tallying over a quarter of a MILLION views on YouTube currently. 2023 saw the band performing to raucous crowds, from Hawaii to the headline stage at the 1200 seat Brooklyn Bowl in Nashville. Including opening dates with classic 80’s and 90’s bands King’s X and Everclear. 2024 has started off with 3 stellar performances at the famous SXSW spectacle in Austin ,TX.

On his own, Timothy has released three solo albums, on which he plays every instrument. A published songwriter with BMI, the musician has signed licensing agreements with both NASCAR and Discovery Networks. His most recent solo offering, Sami (2022), follows Can We Still Save the Music? (2021) and Last Time Till Broadway (2020). Timothy’s lyrics are poetically thought provoking on the subjects of serious fun, culture, love and love lost, world events, and spirituality. Sami was released in November 2022 after Timothy made the move to Nashville, Tennessee, where he is currently working with touring projects as well as touring with the Timothy Morris Band, recording new solo material, session work, and producing several new projects. Timothy’s music catalog is available on all streaming platforms under “Timothy Morris” and “The Timothy Morris Band”, also at:
