By signing, I hereby enter myself and my dog into this event. Despite inherent risks associated with participating in the Dixon Petunia Festival Dog Parade, I hereby agree to hold harmless and release The Dixon Petunia Festival, Dixon Park District, Sponsors of the event, Vendors, their employees and members, and all volunteers associated with this event from all claims for liability or legal responsibility for any damage or loss of any kind, including injury and death to persons and pets, property damage, and economic loss arising from participation in the event. I further agree to follow all rules for the event and realize that my right to participate may be terminated at any point by The Dixon Petunia Festival for not adhering to the rules.

RULES:

• All dogs must be leashed for the entirety of the event
• Owners are responsible for dogs at all times
• Handlers must be 18 years of age or older. -Children are welcome to participate in the event with the assistance of an adult 18 years or older
• Handlers must clean up after their dogs
• One dog per handler
• Dogs are expected to be up to date on required vaccines
• Registration must be completed by July 1st, and space is limited to 100 entries

Saturday, July 4^th at 1:00pm. Check-in begins at 12:30pm at the pavilion. Location: Haymarket Square

A chance for your pup to strut their stuff and be part of the Dixon Petunia Festival! Furology Pet Spa will once again be hosting, judging, and giving out prizes for each category. You must pre-register for this event. Participation limited to the first 100 dogs. 

Categories are as follows: Cutest Dog, Best Trick, Best Themed Costume(This year’s theme is “Happy 250th Birthday, America!”), and Fan Favorite!

Event is free to register and attend.
